Theme for the seminar - Performance Auditing on e-Government

 

Goals for the seminar

Focus on the seminar will be risk assessment, effectiveness in a client-oriented perspective and challenges when auditing e-Government.


Target group

The target group is SAI managers and practitioners at the operational level.


Organization of the seminar

The seminar opens with an introductory speech describing what e-Government is and general trends within the e-Government area. The presentation will also include findings from the questionnaire sent to all SAI members in front of the preparation for 12th INTOSAI IT-auditing committee.

Thereafter a lead paper and country papers within the three themes for the seminar will be presented. The last item on the agenda will be presentations on different experiences when auditing e-Government.

There will made a summary from the meeting, which will be handed out at the end of the last day of the meeting.
