1. A body has been legally created that shall be responsible for keeping a check on the use of Public Revenues and controlling the financial administration of the government in the widest sense of the word.
2. The vigilance and control shall cover both the legitimacy as well as the efficiency of the use of Public Revenues and the administration of the same.
Article 150.- The Presiding Officer, Members and Substitute Members are appointed for a period of five years by the President at the proposal of the National Assembly.
Article 151.- The Body mentioned in Article 149 shall regularly submit a report to the National Assembly, to the State Council and to the Government, at least once a year, on the checks it has conducted. The report shall be released to the public.
Article 152.- The Law shall govern all other matters in a more detailed manner, such as the composition and authority of the mentioned body.
