37 SAIs have mandatory requirements regarding computer training for employees, while 59 SAIs do not have any such requirements. The manner in which computer training is imparted is as below:
A number of SAIs have offered assistance to other SAIs for training in various forms viz. course-design, development of course-ware, sharing case-studies, supplying faculty, providing slots on regular courses, organising special courses, etc. Details of such SAIs are available in the Training section in the Topic-wise analysis.
